Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Replacement Eligibility
If you receive a product that is:

Incorrect

Damaged during delivery

Defective or faulty
you may be eligible for a replacement in accordance with the terms below.
Complaint Timeframe
Any issue with your order must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a free replacement, the issue should ideally be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for replacement.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please email us at raywahaven@gmail.com with the following:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

Photos of the product packaging, if applicable
Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information if required.
Replacement Process
Once your request has been approved, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Depending on the product and your location, we may:

Arrange a pickup of the original item before sending the replacement; or

Ask you to return the item according to the instructions provided by our support team.
Please keep the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories and included items, until your request has been completed.
Items Not Eligible for Replacement
We are unable to offer replacements in the following situations:

The product has been used improperly or intentionally damaged.

The item has been modified or repaired by the customer.

The request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

The product is returned without its original packaging or essential accessories (where applicable).

The customer simply changes their mind after receiving the order.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or replacements for change-of-mind purchases.
Please review the product description carefully before placing your order.
Refund Policy
At this time, Raywa Haven does not offer refunds.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly arrange a replacement after verifying your request.
Refunds are not provided for:

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are no longer in their original condition
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
